I started off my role at Experian as a contractor and ended as a full-time Senior Content Designer, and had the pleasure to tell amazing stories through product writing, email marketing, chatbot design, and a plethora of other projects that sharpened my skills and made work fun and interesting. These are only some examples of many nuanced projects based on customer insights and research which solidified my user expertise and helped me cultivate a strong design judgment which carried over from one project to the next.

What I’m most proud of: Successfully completing a high-visibility conversation design project that paved the path for my next role in Big Tech and impressed company stakeholders.
